Stupid people are out in force fact-checking the criticism of the admission of Pfizer’s president of international developed markets that Pfizer did not test its SARS-CoV-2 vaccine for stopping transmission before it entered the market. They argue that preventing transmission was not a requirement to approve the vaccines. They are doing everything they can to distract from the fact that governments mandated the vaccines on the assumption the SARS-CoV-2 vaccines prevented transmission.

It is a fact that the vaccines do not prevent transmission, but there is also no evidence that the vaccines prevent illness or mortality from SARS-CoV-2. These are the facts. Stupid people will never accept the facts and will push their false agenda regardless of the facts. As politicians and the press are generally stupid people, we are unlikely to see society accept that strategies and vaccines to mitigate SARS-CoV-2 were a mistake.
